• You do not need a sales tax ID resale number because we have one. We pay sales tax to New York State each month so you don’t have to 

• No commissions are charged – at the end of every month you will receive a check less the month’s rent. That’s it! 

• You do not have to work at the mall. We have a dedicated staff during mall hours 

• We are open every day 10am to 6pm. Great opportunity to come in and refresh your merchandise at your convenience 

The Leasing Process:

One of our managers will review the lease with you and answer any questions. Rental space is guaranteed upon signing of the lease and payment of the first month of rent.
